About Kristina


I am a warm and empathetic therapist.

My clients and colleagues describe my approach as sensitive, funny, accepting, and playful. I work gently and bring openness and curiosity to our time together. I’ll walk beside you and support you whatever you're experiencing.

I’ve served as a support through infertility, pregnancy loss, and birth, loss of a loved one, grief, and healing from abandonment, abuse, and neglect. I’ve supported healing relationships with food and body image and have helped through breakup and divorce.

I am here to help you if you’d like to change something about your life or if you want to find more fulfillment or discover who you really are. I have a high capacity to stay present with whatever you're dealing with.

I can also support you to be the parent you want to be, particularly if you're working to do something different from how you were raised.

I am influenced by Gestalt therapy, Self-Compassion, and current trauma research. That means that we will look, gently and without judgement at what unconscious patterns might be influencing you below the surface.

I bring a feminist, anti-oppressive LGBTQ2+ allied lens to all that I do.
