About Kristina
I’m an eclectic therapist and draw from Gestalt, Humanism, and Existentialism. I believe that we heal in relationships with other people and that our body holds wisdom to help us even more than our mind does. I am fascinated with current brain research and how it’s teaching us that nurture and self-compassion can change our lives. I find mindfulness to be very supportive.
I have a history of trauma in my childhood and I’ve been working on healing for a long time. Now I’m living a life I love.
I’ve had the privilege to work with others who are recovering from trauma, with people grieving the loss of a loved one, a life they thought they’d love, or a pregnancy. I’ve helped people who are finding their relationships challenging, and those having challenges at work. I’ve also helped people develop stronger boundaries and ask for what they need.
